Thanking Ceremony: Give thanks to the people, spirits and
reasons that make your life and this spirit quest possible.
Welcoming ceremony: Welcoming your spirit and your helping

Cleansing and clearing ceremony with a group discussion and individual work to clarify
and give purpose to your
vision quest. |

Dinner and an overview of similar shamanic rituals and a
history of shamanism
Explanation of the different methods to induce shamanic visions
Group question time followed by personal one on one time with
the shaman and healings

Form friendships and community in which to share your
experiences with on day 3. |

Close with an empowering group meditation with the elements and
